How It Works
Getting started is simple
1.
Submit a sample

Send one chapter or ten pages — whichever works best for your manuscript. Angie will edit it in her full style and return it to you at no charge.

2.
Review the work

This is your audition as much as hers. If the fit feels right, you move forward. If it doesn't, you keep the edited sample — no obligation, no awkwardness.

3.
Talk it through

Once you've seen the sample, Angie will assess what your full manuscript needs and discuss a project fee based on the actual scope of the work.

4.
Get to work — together

All editing is done in Google Docs. You're invited in real time — to watch, react, ask questions, and guide the work as it happens. As hands-on or turn-key as you prefer.

📄

Real-time collaboration in Google Docs. You're always welcome to be in the document while Angie works — chatting, reacting, shaping the vision together. Or step away and come back to a finished edit. The process is yours to define.

Pricing
Based on what your book actually needs

There is no one-size-fits-all rate here, because no two manuscripts are the same. A clean, nearly-finished draft requires different work than a first draft full of thin scenes and underdeveloped dialogue. Angie won't set a fee until she's seen your work and you've both agreed on the scope.

The sample chapter edit is where that conversation starts — for both of you. It's a chance to see how Angie works, what she notices, and how she handles your voice before any commitment is made on either side.

Line editing and ghostwriting — scene filler, dialogue, voice-matched prose — are included in a single project fee. You won't be billed separately for additional creative work woven in during the edit.

Submit the sample first. The edit is free. The decision is yours.
